We are a family-owned business that has been providing horseback rides in the Gunnison Valley since 1977. Owner, Dave Mapes, is the best guide in the Gunnison Valley. Our horse ranch is close to town and easy to get to.
We offer scenic trail rides out of our horse ranch. Our horses carry you to the top of the ridge from which you can see breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains in all directions.
We have horse rides for kids and adults! We pride ourselves on our horses. We provide a range of horses for all levels of horse riding ability, including gentle horses that can carry individuals with differing abilities. We also have horses that are ready to give an experienced rider an enjoyable ride.
Trail Ride Options
1 Hour Ride - $80
2 Hour Ride - $110
3 Hour ride - $140
All Day 4-5 hours riding time - $175 (includes a lunch)
Winter rides- 1 1/2 hours- $100 (includes hot coco and coffee)
